I understand that classes at Core Studios may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Core Studios or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I grant Core Studios permission to photograph and/or videotape myself during classes and/or privates at Core Studios. These photographs/videos will remain property of Core Studios and may be used in advertising or marketing campaigns on Core Studios’ website, and for promotional and informational material including, but not limited to, flyers, brochures, emails, advertisements, newspaper articles, TV, or cable interviews/promotions. I understand I will not be identified by name unless I give my permission, I hereby waive and release any rights to compensation for, or ownership of, such images.
